RICHMOND, Va. — The Economic Development Authority of the City of Richmond, Virginia (EDA) is pleased to announce a Request for Quotes (RFQ) seeking bookkeeping services for the EDA.

About EDA
The EDA works in close collaboration with the City of Richmond Department of Economic Development (DED), combining the Authority’s financing tools with DED staff expertise and programs to support commercial development, revitalization, and business growth citywide. In partnership with the Mayor, City Council, and regional and state stakeholders, the EDA helps attract new investment, expand the tax base, and create jobs in Richmond. To advance inclusive economic growth, the EDA is authorized to use a range of tools, including acquiring, developing, leasing, and disposing of property, issuing bonds, and providing incentives and financial assistance through grants and loans.
