This City-supported pilot is designed to celebrate and strengthen Richmond’s neighborhood commercial corridors by increasing visibility for locally owned businesses, encouraging repeat visits, and rewarding residents for shopping local. During this initial pilot phase, we are enrolling businesses within Carytown, Brookland Park, Downtown (including Monroe and Jackson Ward), Manchester, and Shockoe.

Many eligible businesses within these corridors have already been automatically enrolled in the pilot. You can view the current list of participating businesses here. If you do not see your business listed and would like to be considered for participation, this form is for you.

Businesses must hold an active City of Richmond business license and operate in customer-facing categories such as retail, restaurants, coffee shops, salons, barber shops, spas, fitness studios, florists, small grocery and convenience stores (excluding tobacco redemption), pet services, art studios, and similar storefront establishments.

All submissions will be reviewed to ensure alignment with pilot parameters and capacity. Submitting this form does not guarantee participation, but we truly appreciate your interest and your role in strengthening Richmond’s local economy.
